When I took on the Leading Design & Execution project, my goal was to transform a strategic leadership framework into a clear, engaging visual story that senior leaders could easily absorb and apply. I led both the design and development of the animation video from concept through execution, shaping how the framework would unfold in motion, how complex ideas became intuitive insights, and how each visual and narrative choice supported learning and retention.
This meant defining the instructional objectives, scripting the narrative, creating storyboards, and using animation tools to bring every element to life—ensuring the final piece was not just informative, but also compelling and memorable.
The result is a polished learning asset that guides senior leaders through the principles of leading design and execution with clarity and impact, helping translate strategy into action in real business contexts. My work on this project reflects my commitment to using thoughtful visual design and motion to elevate learning experiences and make sophisticated concepts accessible and engaging for executive audiences.
