For KPMG’s Unconscious Bias learning initiative, I transformed a traditional four-hour, facilitator-led workshop into a concise animated experience designed to truly engage modern learners. I led the full design and development process—distilling the workshop’s core messages into a clear, compelling script, shaping the narrative arc, and crafting visual concepts that brought clarity and energy to the topic.
To avoid the dryness that often accompanies compliance and behavioural training, I introduced a fun and unexpected style throughout the animation, intentionally using humour, surprise, and playful visuals to keep learners curious and emotionally connected.
This creative approach made a sensitive and complex subject feel approachable while still delivering meaningful insight. The final animation captures the essence of the original workshop in a far more accessible format, blending instructional depth with lively storytelling. This project highlights my ability to reimagine long-form, in-person content into dynamic digital learning that resonates—both in tone and impact—with large professional audiences.
